IdentiKat is an interesting, fun, and very unique art app that provides a wonderful platform for children to explore their creativity by crafting their very own magnificent kitty creations from various colors, accessories, and other fun craft pieces. This is not your typical art app, it is more like a virtual craft center that will enliven little imaginations and keep them busy for hours. In Kat Cut children are able to piece various cat puppets back together in a fun puzzle like environment. They will also enjoy making their own creations in Kat Lab, the official craft area for IdentiKat. Quality
I have never seen an app with a wide variety of fun colors and creative set up like IdentiKat. Upon opening the app you are presented with awesome interactive scenery. By tapping through various windows, doors, and other parts of the opening page, children are greeted by fun little cat creations with great audio full of meows and jazzy music. This app is also full of very rich colors in mauve, purple, and reddish tones which is a little different than what you normally see with kids apps.
The Kat Cut puzzle feature is a nice addition to the app that outlines various kitty creations children can put back together and will inspire them to create their own creations in the Kat Lab. There are so many options of crafty clothes, accessories, colors, whiskers, ears, eyes, etc. that it is unlikely children will make the same one twice. Once they are content with their creation, they can name it and save it in a lovely gallery for later viewing.
There is no doubt that this app is high quality in every way. The developers have gone above and beyond in the many intricate pieces used in this app and their hard work shows.

This is far more an app for entertainment and fun than it is one for learning. With that said, there is an opportunity for children to test their memory and logic in the Kat Cut piecing the puzzles back together.
