Buzzle is a puzzle type game for toddlers to preschoolers that helps develop shape recognition and pattern matching. There are 10 themes included: farm, beach, birthday, travel, etc. with fun sounds to match.
I found this app a little too simple, but overall I think it is good for the youngest kids and those very new to the iPad. I don’t see it as the type of app that children will continue to want to pick up.
Bottom-line: Simple and fun, but probably won’t keep kids coming back for more.
A fun, adorable app with educational value, Buzzle aims to develop your little one’s shape recognition, pattern matching, sound association, and puzzle solving skills with captivating themes and stunning colors. It raises their curiosity levels about interesting details in regular surroundings. It also refines their motor skills and hand-eye coordination. It’s simple to play with and perfect to keep a toddler or a preschooler engaged. Since its launch on Apple’s App Store in mid-August, Buzzle has been voted as ‘Top 100 Kids Games’ in the United States and in Top 5 and Top 10 in several countries . It has also been featured as ‘New and Noteworthy’ in kids game apps by Apple.
