Picstagrab is a high quality app that will be quite useful to users of Instagram. The app allows users to snag pictures off of the Instagram feed, caption and/or place a watermark, and post. Pull pictures from your camera roll, your feed, and more. The app reminds users to be sure they have the right to use the photo before posting, and will check and notify users if a photo has been used before. The one thing it could use is a more detailed tutorial…it can seem pretty bewildering for anyone who is not already an Instagram user.
