Review Summary:

Missing Friend – Lite is the free version of a cute, interactive storybook for children.  With Missing Friend, kids can join Mr. Rabbit on an adventure to rescue his friend Mr. Mole from the mischievous Icky Mr. Fox.  I thought that this app had cool scenery and featured fun interactions that young kids would enjoy.

Along the way to save Mr. Mole, kids can explore their surroundings, learn new vocabulary words and interact with various quirky characters.  I thought this was a very imaginative story, and I like that the characters are all a little quirky and unique.  The app encourages literacy skills with full narration, and allows kids to interact with characters and objects at their own pace.  This app was designed for children ages 3 through 6 years old, and features lots of new vocabulary and tappable objects (which are labeled).  Kids can tap objects to hear and see their names.

Missing Friend is a cute story of friendship and adventure.  If you are looking for a new interactive storybook for your preschooler or kindergartener, I would recommend checking this story out.  I think that it would be fun to read as a family!
