Quality
When kids first open the app, they’ll find that it takes a bit of time to load. When parents open the store, they will also find that it takes a bit of time to load and they cannot leave the store until the download is complete. Aside from this, Moving Books is a quality app. It features fun background music and really cute animated characters that have a style all of their own. Each of the songs and stories is well-animated and plays clearly so kids can enjoy without any frustration.
Education
The stories and songs contained within the app include the text displayed at the bottom of the screen. The app lacks text highlighting, but the text is presented in simple sentences displayed in a large white font, so it easy for kids to follow along. The words are accompanied by fun animations that help kids connect with the text. These features make this a good app to get toddlers, preschoolers, and other beginning readers interested in reading.
Entertainment
All of the stories and songs are accompanied by fun sound effects and animations. The animations have their own distinct style and are really enjoyable to watch.
